Managing Director jobs role – Gainsborough Lincolnshire. SME 25 to 30 headcount manufacturer of precision components (part of a large group). Happy to look at Operations Directors, General Managers or Operations Managers who are seeking MD jobs / Managing Director jobs roles in Lincolnshire. Highly profitable business. This is NOT a turnaround.
Package over £100,000. Salary TBC but likely to be £85,000 - £90,000 + £7,200 car allowance plus then company bonus structure (tagging an extra £6,000 on top) plus 33 days holiday (including banks) plus then pension of 10%. Salary still TBC but I think rule out if you are seeking over £105,000 as a base salary.
Your background: Due to needing to be on site – the more local to Gainsborough the better. If you are able to relocate, you will need to be convincing about genuinely wanting to be in that Lincolnshire region. SME experience. This is a 25-30 headcount business. This is NOT a turnaround. You will want to be MD of a really good solid and profitable business and do some evolution but NOT revolution – nothing is broken so if you want a really big challenge with lots of change then it’s maybe not for you!
We are happy to look at someone to step up into this role. Maybe a General Manager, Operations Manager or Operations Director who now wants to be MD of a small but highly profitable business (part of a larger group). Loyalty and stability are core values – so you will likely have shown loyalty/length of tenure in your career.
Industry overlap is not really important but ideally some experience of component manufacture – maybe a handle/understanding of tooling/mechanical engineering processes etc (like stamping, laser cutting, wire forming etc – NOT essential though). Finally we want someone who is conscientious, reliable, a friendly people-focused leader.
