Are you a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking to develop within the engineering sector? This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to learn how to operate CNC machinery. We are open on background for the right person, but we want someone who is eager to learn, can demonstrate that they can follow processes, and have a good eye for detail.
Salary: £28,652 to £33,276 per annum depending on experience. Overtime is paid in addition and readily available. 25 days holiday + banks.
Hours: Averages 36 hours per week. 6:00am to 6:00pm in blocks of two or three days before a break (sometimes up to 5 days off between patterns).
The Machine Operator job would suit:
- An experienced Operative or Technician who has ideally worked within Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Any demonstrable machine operating experience would be an advantage.
- Someone who is conscientious, can follow manufacturing processes, and is methodical in nature.
