IT Support Engineer
We are recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join our client, a leading Managed IT Services provider. This position begins with a 6-month on-site role in Grimsby, supporting a large school through a major digital transformation. After this, you will move into a remote IT Support Engineer role within the wider MSP team.
What you ll be doing as an IT Support Engineer:
- Supporting staff onsite and remotely with IT queries.
- Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Delivering training sessions and building staff confidence with new technology.
- Maintaining networks, devices, and ensuring IT security.
What we re looking for in an IT Support Engineer:
- Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer in a school, college, or similar organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
