- Candidate Background:
- Open to various technical sectors: engineering, construction, building materials, aggregates, cement, roofing, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarrying, etc.
- Experience in construction, building fabric, or housebuilding is beneficial but not essential.
- Modern approach to sales: proficient in CRM, AI, and systems to increase enquiry conversion.
- Qualities: Conscientious, excellent coach/mentor, capable of shaping a role in a medium-sized business (~£20m turnover, 60 staff).
