Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Electronics Engineer to a growing PCB manufacturer who have a fantastic company culture – the vast majority of the team have been there for over 10 years. As they continue to grow, the company have now created a new position for a Graduate Electronics Engineer to learn the systems and products to then grow and develop within the team, eventually helping to drive quality processes within the business. This a fantastic chance for someone with a technical / inquisitive mindset who is looking to develop a career into management. You will have exposure to multiple areas within the business broadening your electronics knowledge.

Salary & Package: Flexible depending on experience. We could look at a fresh Graduate, Engineer with a couple of years experience, recent apprentice etc. 25 days holiday + banks. Healthcare.

The Graduate Electronics EngineerResponsibilities:

* Initially learning the PCB products and how they are manufactured.

* Eventually progressing within a more quality driven function. The business are rapidly growing and long term want someone to review the processes and ensure everything is optimised where possible.

* Working alongside the wider Engineers to discuss ideas for improvement.

* Problem solving – identifying new ways to improve quality processes and minimise waste.

The Graduate Electronics EngineerRequirements:

* A recent Graduate or Junior Engineer / apprentice who has a keen interest in electronics.

* Technically savvy, someone who enjoys working around electronics and identifying ways to make improvements.

* A flexible mindset, the business are a rapidly growing SME and you will therefore have the chance to work across several areas within the team to broaden your knowledge.

* Someone who wants to develop within a more quality driven career over time.
