The Electrical Project Engineer job will suit:
- An Electrical Engineer or Electronic Engineer who will enjoy working in a diverse and interesting role that will see you involved in engineering projects from customer enquiry, through design, test, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
- You will become an integral member of an agile engineering team that designs, manufactures, and delivers integrated safety control and automation systems into several engineering sectors.
- You will hold a relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a similar engineering discipline.
- Any exposure to PLCs, Control Systems, SCADA systems, or similar technology would be advantageous.
The Electrical Project Engineer job will involve:
- Delivery of complete engineering projects, SCADA, PLC, safety-critical control, and automation systems to a blue-chip customer base.
- An opportunity to be involved across the project lifecycle including design, test, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of systems at customer sites.
- Production and review of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Liaison with clients and internal teams to drive projects forward.
- You will have the opportunity to travel at times to customer project sites (predominantly UK based) to oversee the installation/commissioning, customer handover of projects etc.
