  • High quality FMCG baked goods (fine foods) dealing with large retailers Sainsbury s, Morrisons, Tesco etc managing brands commercial focus grocery retail etc.

  • GBP50million turnover business who supply fine foods to Harrods, Tesco, Waitrose, M&S etc.

Are you passionate about food and want to really make a difference with a newly created role? What we need for this Category Executive / Category Manager Senior Food Industry jobs role

  • Very flexible on your background we are aware we will likely need to pivot someone into this role possibly a category executive, category Manager, Brand Manager, Commercial Manager, National Account manager or Key account manager who understands driving growth with UK retailers
  • You MUST be a foodie passionate and inquisitive about food. It shines through in this business just how passionate they are about food, the provenance of food, travel and food from different cultures etc
  • You MUST have experience of working with UK retailers (ideally food but we are open to non food / wider FMCG / bev etc.)
  • Ideally strong category management experience / understanding
  • Desire, passion, inquisitive these are the key things we need
  • We might consider someone who is only able to do 4 days (so part time)
  • They are innovative you will be the sort of person that says have you tried this rather than we ve always done it this way . You will be curious and seek to challenge and innovate
  • Their culture and whole business is about value add your mind-set will therefore be in line always seeking to add value
  • Their reputation is outstanding they value integrity and honesty above all else again you will share these values

This Brand manager jobs role / category executive jobs role is hybrid. 2 or 3 days per week in the office in Coventry and then hybrid work from home for 2 or 3 days per week. So candidates seeking food jobs in the Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick, rugby, Worcester, Leamington Spa, Leicester, West Midlands sort of regions would be well suited
