We are working with a reputable, established manufacturer who is looking to recruit for a Senior Operations Manager who can help develop a small team of managers and bring in new ideas to improve operational performance.
Salary & Hours: £70,000 to £75,000 basic + 20% Bonus + £650pm car allowance (total package exceeds £90,000). Flexible hours around core days. 25 days holiday + banks.

- Promoting continuous improvement and implementing new processes to develop manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide relevant information and detail on an annual basis for the factory budgeting process.
- Develop and maintain best practices in HSE awareness.
