- Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Support Engineer or similar based in Oxfordshire.

- Extremely varied role, working cross-functionally with Production, Quality & Engineering, this will give you incredible diversity in your engineering career and great exposure to working in an SME environment.
- You will be highly suited if you have any experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement or production environments β You could come from any advanced engineering industry (Automotive, Aerospace, General Manufacturing, Food / Process or PHARMA).
- Starting salary TBC (Β£40,000 - Β£48,000 as a very rough estimate) + wider company benefits.
This Process Engineer job will suit
- A degree educated Engineer or similar (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical) or have worked in an advanced engineering, manufacturing or production environment.
- Any exposure to Continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
- Working with Capital Equipment, Industrial Machinery, CNC Machinery or similar.
Installation, service, commissioning or just general maintenance, PLC, controls or any electrical knowledge is useful but not a necessity.
- Ensuring manufacturing facilities and equipment or compliant and meet regulations (H&S / COSHH). Ability to create risk assessments and associated documentation.
- A good communicator who is used to working in a dynamic SME environment β you will work with a range of stakeholders and across different functions in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Potential to run and lead own projects, this role will come with some seniority and have plenty of scope to progress longer term.
- Ambitious, proactive and willingness to progress β the business constantly strives for continuous improvement and seek to reward their employees with further progression & development.
There will be headroom in the role to advance your career.
- Able to commute to a facility near Aylesbury, Thame and Oxford.
