£36,500 base salary + excellent overtime earning potential (Sat = 1.5x, Sun = 2x, Weekday OT = 1.2x) + 33 days holiday, festive shutdowns, matched pension, death in service, and healthcare plan.
Working hours: 3 Shift Rotation. Some flexibility needed as they are a 24-hour site.
- Week 1: 6am-2pm Mon-Fri
- Week 2: 8pm-6am Mon-Thurs
- Week 3: 1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri and 1 Saturday in 3 (paid at OT rate)

- Those who are apprentice-trained or hold a City & Guilds, NVQ or similar, with some experience in heavy industry, ideally steel processing, slitting, or decoiling machines.
- An electrically biased technician or engineer who is comfortable with electrical assembly, fault finding, maintenance, repairs.
- Someone confident in providing occasional mechanical support where required (formal electrical qualifications are an advantage but not essential).
