If you’re confident in your ability to close deals, manage key accounts, and help clients maximise the value of our systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients by scheduling regular calls and meetings to ensure they are using our systems effectively.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships that foster loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Configure bespoke system setups for new clients, tailoring each implementation to suit their specific operational needs.
  • Drive sales by closing leads provided by the company as well as self-generated opportunities.
  • Meet with prospects and existing clients to maintain and grow your account base.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to train clients and explain complex setups in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Act as the link between Customer Support and Customer Success, ensuring client tasks are completed efficiently and communication remains transparent throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex setups.
  • Strong client focus with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and enforcement teams.
  • Experience in the parking or facilities management sector is a bonus.
