EP Group is an award-winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and Southeast Asia. Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs. We are now seeking an Account Support Executive, based on site here in Birmingham, to support one of our largest customers in the retail sector.
You will work closely with the account management team to establish and agree activities and be the liaison between the customer and our business. You will work with customer stakeholders and internal colleagues to take ownership of service delivery which will enable the team to provide a higher quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Representing EPG in customer-facing calls and Teams meetings
- Successfully working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues, as well as improve the customer experience
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services and processes to address queries effectively
- Capturing, logging and tracking of price and product enquiries
- Ensuring accurate pricing is maintained
- Generating ad hoc reports and basic data analysis
- Keeping the team updated of progress and changes
- Effective communicator, both written and orally
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across multiple departments
- Experience of building trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise
- Understanding of when to escalate and when to take ownership
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A good understanding of Excel
This is an office-based role working an 8-hour shift to suit, between 8.00am to 5.30pm (8-hour shift with half an hour for lunch); however, there may be an occasional requirement to attend meetings at customer sites. The hours may vary according to the needs of the business and may include occasional weekends.
