Our client, a well-established international property organisation, is seeking a Danish-speaking Lease Administrator to join their London-based team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised property professional with experience in lease administration, commercial property, or real estate support to take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning the UK and Denmark.

The Role

Working closely with the property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of commercial leases, ensuring accurate record keeping, financial coordination, tenant communication, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate lease records and property files
  • Monitoring critical lease dates, including renewals, rent reviews, break clauses and notice periods
  • Preparing monthly rental invoices
  • Monitoring rents, service charges, insurance and other property-related payments
  • Reconciling invoices and investigating discrepancies
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and responding to lease-related queries
  • Producing regular portfolio, lease expiry and financial reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement of lease administration processes and systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Fluency in Danish and English (essential)
  • Previous experience in lease administration, property management, commercial real estate, or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to understand and interpret lease documentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of UK and Danish commercial lease terminology
  • Experience using lease management or property software
  • Understanding of rent reviews, lease renewals and other lease events
