We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager on behalf of one of our clients who specialise in construction and Design and Build contracting. With an extensive portfolio of successful projects across Europe, they are recognised as one of the market leaders in their sector. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help shape a newly created role within a growing organisation.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office near Slough. The salary is around £50,000-£55,000.

As HR Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will support key HR processes while helping to develop and enhance people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for managers and colleagues on HR-related matters.
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee onboarding programmes and training initiatives.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruitment activities as and when required.
  • Coordinate the annual Personnel Development Review (PDR) process.
  • Design and implement training programmes to ensure employee development and engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administration and support.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in an HR management role.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Positive, professional, and discreet approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and keen to make the role your own.
