Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous IT support experience who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the IT team, you will act as a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring users receive prompt and effective assistance across a range of hardware, software, and business systems.
- Providing first-line IT support across a variety of technologies and devices
- Investigating and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and access requests
- Assisting with new starter setups and equipment deployment
Previous experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk position
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
Knowledge of user account administration and access management
Relevant IT certifications would be advantageous but are not essential
