Working for one of the global leaders in design and manufacture for the wireless communication industry, you will be part of the EMEA Sales team as a pre-sales Engineer. This role is suited to a technically strong commercial professional who enjoys working with customers to define solutions.
The Technical Pre-Sales Engineer is instrumental in transforming customer requirements into commercially practical solutions across the European market. The successful candidate will bring strong Telco expertise and application insight, combined with the ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify needs, minimise technical risk, and shorten sales cycles.
- Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions to capture application, integration, and performance requirements.
- Deliver technical support and guidance to distributors and channel partners.
- Contribute to product training initiatives and distributor technical certification programmes.
- Channel structured market intelligence and customer insights back to engineering and product management.
- Enhance the overall technical capability of the European sales network.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance performance, cost, and business objectives. Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams. Willing and able to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
Engineering degree (Electrical, RF, Telecoms or similar) or equivalent industry experience. Experience in a technical pre-sales, applications, technical support, or customer-facing engineering role in RF, antennas, wireless, or related sector. English must be bilingual/near native level.
The role is based at the company’s London head office and involves regular travel across the UK and internationally to support customers, partners, and internal teams. The role is on site Monday to Friday.
