Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical part in the growth of the company.
You’ll be focused on identifying and sourcing highly qualified leads for the sales team.
They’ll teach you best-in-class techniques and strategies, but you’ll be encouraged to be creative and test methods of lead generation that unlock new avenues of revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Perform preliminary discovery meetings to qualify leads; schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team to further the sales process
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions in Hubspot
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales in the Saa S industry, ideally in retail media
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Familiarity with Hubspot, CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Fluency in German and English is required.
- Ability to work from their London office Mondays to Thursdays. Fridays from home.
