Role Purpose
To manage the international repatriation of deceased persons, ensuring all logistical, legal, and administrative requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound international repatriations.
- Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies.
- Prepare and process all required documentation (death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms).
- Arrange transport logistics, including flights and ground handling.
- Provide clear, sensitive communication and support to families throughout the process.
- Produce estimates and invoices; maintain accurate case records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
- Ensure compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with global partners and service providers.
Skills & Experience
- Bilingual French & English
