We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager with a strong agency background and fluent in French to support a portfolio of UK and international events. You’ll be based in the London area and work remotely, with availability for in-person client meetings as well as presence at events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple events at different stages (pitching, planning, delivery)
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Coordinate internal teams (tech, design, marketing, legal)
  • Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an events agency
  • Native-level French + fluent English
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and event tech tools
  • Willingness to travel
  • You will need to be based in London for event delivery and client meetings
