We are looking for an experienced Event Manager with a strong agency background and fluent in French to support a portfolio of UK and international events. You will be based in the London area and work remotely, with availability for ināperson client meetings as well as presence at events. You will be collaborating with teams and clients across the UK, France, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple events at different stages (pitching, planning, delivery)
- Lead endātoāend delivery of ināperson, virtual, and hybrid events
- Prepare proposals, budgets, timelines, and client updates
- Source and manage venues and suppliers across several markets
- Coordinate internal teams (tech, design, marketing, legal)
- Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation
What We Are Looking For
- 3ā5 years' experience in an events agency
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and client meetings
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and event tech tools
- Willingness to travel
You will need to be based in London for event delivery and client meetings.
