Our client, a global leading asset manager, is looking to recruit an experienced Email Marketing specialist and Salesforce Cloud specialist. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Campaigns Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of B2B and B2C email marketing initiatives across the European region.
You will be responsible for delivering high-impact, data-driven email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes lifecycle communications, campaign execution, performance optimisation, and cross-functional campaign planning.
Some of the key areas you will be responsible for are:
- Ownership and execution of email marketing strategy
- Developing lifecycle and automation strategies
- Audience segmentation and personalisation performance
- Building and optimising campaigns and journeys
- Testing and performance optimisation
- Performance reporting and insights
- Cross-functional campaign planning
What the successful candidate's background will look like:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, within financial services/asset management
- Strong, practical experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder
- Proven experience building and optimising automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation methodologies
- Solid knowledge of email deliverability best practices and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Resilience, proactive, and hands-on approach is essential
- English fluent C1 level both spoken and written
