We have an exciting new Customer Services role requiring C1 fluency in French both spoken and written. Initially, the role will be a 6 month FTC (fixed term contract) with a view to be extended.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be working as part of the international team for a successful expanding manufacturing company.

Key skills required:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls, resolving queries where possible or directing them to the appropriate team member to ensure prompt allocation and follow-up.
  • Managing incoming emails, enquiries, and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Account Managers to process specific tasks, quotations, and orders.
  • Carrying out proactive activities by upselling and cross-selling, and conducting follow-ups.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Accurately maintaining and updating the CRM system, including product variants, pricing, customer and contact details, invoice information, repair reports, and rental machine records.
  • Supporting Regional Managers in delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality customer service.
  • Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigating and resolving invoicing queries.
  • Preparing and formatting reports and proposals.
  • Coordinating with transport companies to arrange collections and deliveries for the French market.
  • Managing customer returns and repair processes in line with written procedures.
  • Assisting with the scheduling of engineer and Regional Manager visits.
  • Liaising with the production team regarding dispatch issues and specific customer requirements.

The role is to start asap in March and requires complete fluency in French and English; this is a great opportunity to join a thriving team.
