Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join their amazing recruitment team.
About the Role: As a Dutch Speaking TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton's office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Who are you:
- Fluency in Dutch (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)
- A confident, bubbly, and great communicator
- A strong desire to learn and succeed
- A hard-working team player with the right attitude
- A commitment to making a career in recruitment
