Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing team based in Leicester.
This is a permanent role with flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming enquiries from customers in the UK, US, and Germany through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and pass along customer insights to help shape product and service improvements
- Create and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and expectations met
- Offer a helpful and friendly service that reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer care
