Our client is looking for a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, providing outstanding service and identifying sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Working as part of a friendly office-based team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting customers throughout their journey while ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint. The role combines customer service, administration and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
- Making outbound calls to customers where required
- Processing orders, invoices, proformas and credit notes accurately
- Updating customer records and internal systems
- Coordinating courier bookings and shipment documentation
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to resolution
About You
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Previous experience within customer service, sales support or a similar customer-facing role
- Confident communicating over the phone and via email
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or customer management systems
- A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skills
- Previous sales or upselling experience would be advantageous
