This is an exciting time to join our global UK-based client as a German speaker within their Customer Service department. In this role, you’ll play a key role as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking and global company by supporting their German speaking market.

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from German speaking customers regarding order entry, tracking and product stock levels
- Be responsible for purchase order requests and entry, administration, quotations, and technical advice and assistance regarding products
- Maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge regarding products
- Be responsible for the German speaking market, ensuring a customer-first, proactive approach

- Experience in a high-level technical customer service environment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
