We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to lead the implementation, optimisation, and enhancement of a CRM ecosystem. This is a hands-on contract role ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep technical HubSpot expertise.
What You’ll Do
- HubSpot Implementation (Sales & Marketing Hubs)
- Lead end-to-end setup of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- Map business processes and translate them into efficient CRM workflows
- Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, email marketing and customer journeys
- Integrate HubSpot with CMS systems, third-party tools, and APIs
- Data Clean-Up & Optimisation
- Audit and clean existing CRM data
- Standardise data structures, naming conventions, and segmentation
- Implement data governance best practices and ensure GDPR compliance
- Automation, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Build scalable workflows for nurturing, sales enablement, and reporting
- Create dashboards and analytics for key teams
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer lifecycle
- AI Tools Integration
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for marketing, sales, and automation
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools where appropriate
- Train teams on new AI capabilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Translate business needs into robust HubSpot solutions
- Deliver training, documentation, and handover materials
