We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager with a strong agency background and fluent in French to support a portfolio of UK and international events. You’ll be based in the London area and work remotely, with availability for in-person client meetings as well as presence at events. You will be collaborating with teams and clients across the UK, France, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple events at different stages (pitching, planning, delivery)
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Prepare proposals, budgets, timelines, and client updates
- Source and manage venues and suppliers across several markets
- Coordinate internal teams (tech, design, marketing, legal)
- Produce run‑of‑show documents and oversee on‑site execution
- Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in an events agency
- Native‑level French + fluent English
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and client meetings
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and event tech tools
- Willingness to travel
- You will need to be based in London for event delivery and client meetings
