Strategy Consultant - French - £58K-£66K + bonus depending on experience - London based
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Strategy Consultant with C2 level French, is available within a successful, well established international consultancy. Working on behalf of French clients in France/North Africa, you will form part of the EMEA team delivering strategic projects for international clients. Your main objective will be the companies goal: to help leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution.
Some of your key responsibilties will include
Independently manage end-to-end project executions and working with a team conducting analysis and research to gain new insights to understand your clients needs.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.
Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support .
Successful candidate
Ideally you will have 3 years + of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed organisation
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar where data has been a driver. MBA is preferred
Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles.
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives
Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, MVPs,disciplined experimentation, etc.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Project Management proven experience
Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams
Fluency in English and near native level in French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
Availability for international travel, approximately once per month
