Handleandresolvecustomerqueries,ensuringthebestpossibleoutcomeforboththeclientandthebusiness.
Preparereports,updaterecords,andassistwithanycustomer-relateddatarequests.
Identifyopportunitiestoimproveservicelevelsandoperationalprocesses.
SkillsandExperience
FluentinSpanishandEnglish (bothwrittenandspoken).
Previousexperiencein customerservice,salessupport,orordermanagement preferred.
Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytomultitaskinafast-pacedenvironment.
ProficientwithMicrosoftOffice,especiallyExcel.
