Making communication with customers and colleagues more effective, comfortable and valuable, this Edtech success story is looking to strengthen a well-established French market presence further with the addition of a proven, French-speaking deal closer based in their London hub (hybrid, 2 days in the very well-stocked and dog-friendly office).
You’ll ideally have progressed along the SaaS sales road to Account Executive on the French market, understanding the importance (and enjoyment) of prospecting as well as having the ability to present, demonstrate value and close six figure+ deals with senior decision makers in French. Ideally up to enterprise level (but if you’re an up and coming midmarket/SME AE then don’t let that deter you). If you’ve sold into HR or L&D then perfect but there are open minds here. One alternative background would be in education, as long as you can demonstrate the ability to sell effectively.
The key point is that you have the emotional intelligence, ability to listen and adapt to your prospects in a way that lays the foundation for long term partnerships. Knowing the value of languages to connect with people is also crucial. You’ll speak and write French and English fluently and any additional languages are very welcome at any level.
As well as the fun stuff the two days per week in the office offers (free food and drinks, dog, socials etc.), flexibility and balance are assured. There’s also a solid package including a base salary up to £85k (100% OTE), health, pension, L&D budget, work from anywhere allowance and more. All of that is on top of a great product trusted by household name clients in tech, FMCG, finance, insurance, automotive and more.
