Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner – UK Hybrid after probation period (3days at the office) Salary: up to £65,000 per annum Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a standalone role that offers the chance to shape and influence the HR strategy within a global, dynamic business? Our client, a leading architecture and design firm, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to lead HR activities across their UK operations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to work independently while playing a critical role in the company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day activities, addressing ad-hoc queries and requests. Lead the annual HR processes across the UK, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Salary Review, and Bonus. Ensure the smooth execution of all people processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Group HR and key stakeholders to ensure the company has the right structure, culture, and capabilities to deliver on its business objectives. Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives across the global HR team that are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. Lead and manage key HR projects, including employee engagement, wellbeing, continuous improvement, policy review, and Leadership Programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee employee moves, international secondments, visa, and relocation support. Research and implement best practice HR initiatives within the UK. Work alongside the Chief People Officer (CPO) and local stakeholders to develop workforce analytics and reporting frameworks to support performance management, talent, succession, and L&D. Support the preparation and implementation of change management initiatives. Manage employee relations issues and processes. Provide accurate data input for monthly payroll (outsourced) and manage the HR database. Skills & Experience: Extensive HR generalist experience, including training delivery. Proven experience with payroll processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels. Comfortable and effective in high-performance, high-pressure environments. Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive change within your area. Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong decision-making skills, with sound judgment. Commercial mindset with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics. High integrity, confidentiality, and empathy when handling sensitive information. Proactive, open-minded, and driven to make improvements. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
