Senior Conference Producer

London

£50,000-55,000 + bonus

Take full ownership of two major events and become the face of the brand across Africa and Asia. You’ll build your reputation as an expert in international connectivity while gaining exposure to C-level decision makers and shaping event strategies that drive real industry impact.

With hybrid working (just two days a week in the London office), you’ll have the flexibility to focus on what matters most, whether that’s developing speaker line-ups, travelling to key markets or collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement. You’ll also get paid holidays, your birthday off, discretionary gifted days and access to LinkedIn Learning for ongoing training and upskilling.

You’ll lead the development of event strategies, backed by in-depth market research and commercial validation. Identifying trends and growth opportunities, you’ll shape propositions that attract high-profile speakers and audiences. You’ll manage the full speaker journey and project manage event delivery, inspiring your team to hit shared targets.

Representing the brand at events, you’ll chair sessions, create pre- and post-event content and feature in interviews. You’ll also work closely with sales, marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure events run smoothly, deliver outstanding experiences and protect profit margins.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in shaping commercial event strategies and producing complex event programmes
  • A track record of securing executive speakers and innovating annual events to keep them fresh and engaging
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience in international connectivity or digital infrastructure, with knowledge of or exposure to African and/or Asian markets being a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and a knack for developing compelling marketing messages
