Sales & Events Manager French Speaking

£40-45,000 per annum, Remote-first working culture with team offsites

They re a specialist global events agency for the private equity sector.

They deliver high-impact Annual General Meetings, Investor Days and Markets-focused events across London, Paris, New York, and more. Their reach may be global and the client list impressive, but they re a small (but growing), boutique-style environment

This is a unique role that will blend the commercial elements of growing the business through new client acquisition (sales) and delivering world class events. There are strong connections to the Paris market, making native level French a must alongside fluent English.

What you ll do:

You ll combine new business growth with delivering premium events (AGMs, Capital Markets Days, Investor Days etc.) for international clients. Reporting directly to the CEO for business development activities and working with the Global Head of Events for project delivery, this role combines client acquisition through converting leads to tailored pitches, understanding client needs and budgets and networking with the bigger picture of commercial strategy and the kick off, project management and execution of engaging, premium events.

What you ll bring:

  • Solid client facing experience within the events industry (agency and in house) including a role in sales, business development, and full-cycle event delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and grow accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both native level French and fluent English
  • Proficiency with budget management and financial reconciliation
  • Familiarity with CRM and event tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent, SpotMe, Appcraft)
  • Well organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and supportive; things can change fast!
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events
