Job Description Sales Account Manager – UK market – Richmond based, (onsite, M-F) £60K- £80K + commission We have an exciting role for a very experienced Account Manager who is passionate about carrying out presentations, attending events and providing tech advice to Universities throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities: Managing and forging strong relationships with existing business users. Conduct training sessions for existing users , both in-person and virtually. Responsible for developing training materials. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users Using feedback from current users to continue to develop and improve the experience. Liaising with business development team to continue to grow opportunities for new business acquisition Qualifications: 5+ years Account Management experience, building and forging long term successful relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and engaging personality, with high levels of empathy Proven experience in training or teaching, preferably in the field of assistive technology.
