A London-based financial institution is seeking an IT Desk Support professional for a 1-year contract role. The role is onsite and with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic IT team providing hands-on support in a corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for desktops, Windows systems, printers, phones, and other office IT equipment
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with system deployment, IT inventory, and basic user training
Support infrastructure projects and follow internal IT policies
Requirements:
At least 2 yearsβ IT support experience, ideally in financial services
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device maintenance
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Relevant certifications (e. g. MCSA, CCNA) are desirable but not essential.
