Our client is a growing international hospitality group expanding across Europe. As part of this growth, they are looking to recruit an HR Manager for their UK operations, based in Central London. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid HR foundations who is ready to step up into a broader HR position while working closely with and being supported by the HR Director. It offers strong learning potential, visibility and the chance to grow into a more strategic role over time.

The role involves acting as the main HR contact for the UK teams while partnering closely with the HR Director. The role combines operational HR, recruitment and day-to-day employee support, giving exposure to the full employee lifecycle. You will:

  • Look after staff from the moment they join to when they leave, ensure UK rules are followed, and deal with salaries and HR software.
  • Help fill vacancies, organise training when needed, and support staff who want to move into new roles internally.
  • Be the main HR contact for everyday questions, adjust company policies so they work in the UK, and help teams stay well informed.
  • Review HR numbers like absences, costs, and results, find ways to make processes smoother, and help HR teams when new restaurants open.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and wants to grow quickly in responsibility.

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, HR Officer or HR Advisor role
  • Keen to step up into an HR Manager role with guidance from a senior HR leader
  • Approachable, proactive and organised
  • Comfortable in an office-based role with strong team interaction
  • Hospitality, retail or multi-site experience is a plus but not essential
