We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Sales Manager to join our fast-growing telecommunications business. As a key member of the UK commercial team, you will take ownership of our UK sales strategy, driving revenue growth across key product areas. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be part of the EMEA Sales team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building and forging long-lasting client relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and being fully accountable for all customer accounts within your specific region
  • Identifying key accounts to target in line with the company sales objectives
  • Approximately 10 visits per month, around the whole UK region building and strengthening client relations face to face
  • Attending industry exhibitions/events for the company in the UK and Europe
  • Preparing and giving presentations to customer groups on the company and its products
  • Liaising with engineering and R&D departments in the UK head office to support customer orders and enquiries
  • Providing regular sales activity reports to the VP sales for Europe

The successful candidate:

  • Proven B2B Sales/Account Management experience within the UK market. Candidates with experience within Telecoms, Mobile network, Electronics market are highly desirable
  • Experience of managing customer accounts and creating new business in the B2B market both over the phone and face to face
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and CRM
  • High standard of writing, communication, organisational and negotiation skills
  • Near native English speaker
  • Self-starter, autonomous worker with great team and collaborative spirit
  • Full clean driving licence
