Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing bookings and liaising with international partners
• Providing high-quality customer support
• Handling administrative tasks and account management
• Ensuring accurate records and timely responses

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
