We are seeking a German Speaking Enterprise Support professional to join a global organisation’s technology and information services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and bilingual skills to play a key role in supporting enterprise software platforms used across international offices.
The Role
This position will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring systems are operating effectively across offices and remote environments. You will work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise application platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across a wide range of applications.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain enterprise-class software, recommending standards and best practices.
- Produce training materials and deliver sessions to trainers, support staff, and end users.
- Provide additional end-user technical support when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by recommending new solutions and enhancements.
About You
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in a software support role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, M365, and enterprise application administration.
- Understanding of relational databases and software deployment tools.
- Experience providing training, mentoring, or upper-level support to colleagues is an advantage.
- Experience supporting users across a large, multi-office environment is desirable.
