German-speaking Customer Service Representative
Hybrid – Central London (3 days office, 2 days home)
Immediate Start | Temporary (3+ months)
Pay rate: £15 to £18 p/h depending on experience
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic team in Central London. This is a hybrid role , requiring three days in the office and two days from home . The company is an international leader in manufacturing of washroom equipment.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Handle customer orders and queries efficiently
✔ Provide customer service and support
✔ Communicate with international teams and warehouses
✔ Manage stock availability and order processing
What We’re Looking For:
✅Experience with Zendesk is essential
✅ Fluent German speaker (written & spoken) is essential
✅ Previous customer service experience is essential
