Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client s team. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility with just one day per month required in our client s office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries from German speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and accurately log interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve customer experiences.
WhoWe re Looking For:
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Shift Patterns:
You can choose one of the following 5-week rotational shift patterns:
Choice 1 (5-Week Rotation):
- Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07 15 UK Time
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07 45 UK Time
- Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11 15 UK Tim
- Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 08 15 UK Time
- Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11 00 UK Time
Choice 2 (5-Week Rotation):
- Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07 15
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07 45 and Saturday 11 00
