Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent, hybrid

Location: Sunderland (commutable distance required)

Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 + 7.5% Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Tracking: Providing accurate updates on order status and shipping.

  • Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Queries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability and stock.
