German speaking Customer Experience Advisor

£33,500 + Incentives

London (Mon–Thurs in the office and Fridays from home)

Hours – 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9-5)

Are you fluent in German and passionate about luxury travel? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading travel company in a key support role, helping deliver exceptional experiences for international guests.

Based in central London, this hybrid position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and excited by high-end travel.

The role itself:

  • Supporting Sales Consultants with post-booking services
  • Coordinating accommodation, travel, transfers, documentation etc
  • Handling guest queries and provide visa information
  • Liaising daily with the Sales team to align on team needs
  • Assisting with general admin and day-to-day team support

What we\’re looking for:

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Customer service, travel, or hospitality experience is a plus
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for premium travel
