Contract: Permanent, full time

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic service centre that supports over 20 countries across the EMEA region. You’ll work in a collaborative, multilingual team and play a key role in strengthening financial performance through proactive credit management and customer support.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of European client accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries.
- Investigate and validate invoice discrepancies and claims.
- Build strong relationships to minimise financial risk and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor credit exposure, escalating risks where needed.
- Support month-end reconciliations, reporting and data accuracy.

What we’re looking for
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a finance, accounts receivable, or customer-facing role, ideally with exposure to reconciliations or credit control
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to handle reporting tasks
- A detail-focused, proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with international colleagues
