A leading fashion company is looking for a German speaking Client Service Representative to join their growing team and support their wholesale partners with exceptional service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries from wholesale clients via phone, email, and online portals
- Process purchase orders, returns, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide product information, pricing details, and stock availability updates
- Build strong relationships with wholesale partners through proactive communication
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to resolve issues
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
