German speaking Administrative Support Executive

We are looking for a German speaking Administrative Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients in London.

This is a junior/entry level role for a native level German speaker. The role is hybrid with 1 day a month in the office in Central London. The salary is £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience. The company also offers an excellent benefits package.

The role is multifaceted and will require a combination of administrative support, client relationship management, marketing campaign support, market research and quality assurance. This is an ideal role for someone at the early stages of their career, looking to join a company during an exciting stage of growth. The role will involve working specifically in the German market which is a why a native-level of written and spoken German is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the quality of services provided.
  • Keep the company website and internal records updated correctly.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor behaviour.
  • Support other teams with internal processes.
