We are seeking a meticulous and German-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client s team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Manchester and will offer a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and occasionally input invoices while analyzing invoices for appropriate validation.
- Ensure compliance with German VAT regulations and accounting principles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in German.
