German speaking Customer Service Advisor Salary : £26,500 per annum Location : Remote, with 1 day per month in the office Contract : Permanent, full-time Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team. This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility with just one day per month required in our client’s office. Handle customer enquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve customer experiences. Fluent in both written and spoken German. Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Shift Patterns: You can choose one of the following 5-week rotational shift patterns: Week 1: Monday to Friday. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Week 3: Monday to Friday. Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Week 5: Monday to Friday. Week 1: Monday to Friday. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07:30 – 15:45 and Saturday 11:45 – 20:00 Week 3: Monday to Friday. Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:45- 18:00 Week 5: Monday to Friday.
