Job Description
General Manager – EMEA Distribution – London based office – ck £100K + bonus + benefits
We have a challenging new exciting position based within the proximity of London. Working for a small group, an established privately owned company, specialising in Wireless communication, you will be an experienced GM or ready for a GM role ready to take over the European Division.
Reporting to the Sales Director the role will focus on the leadership, management, support, and development of the European sales and distribution teams and markets. The main focus of the role will be to make sure that the European distribution sites and the European sales team, situated within territory, are working effectively to achieve pre-agreed business goals and targets aligned with the business. The right candidate will do this by developing strong relationships with the team, setting expectations and monitoring their performance to ensure consistent revenue growth while helping drive business through new market sectors and channels.
The General Manager -Europe should visit all major markets on a regular basis, and meet the team face-to-face carrying out quarterly reviews at the same time as engaging with the major customers in the region.

The successful candidate :
- Ideally 10 years + experience in a senior sales capacity in the telecoms industry/wireless communication
- Strong commercial aptitude and general management skills.
- A proven successful team manager demonstrating highest levels of collaborative working and delegation.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal to a high standard, including the ability to motivate internally and when dealing with third parties.
- Highly strategic with the ability analyse market trends, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Data driven, tracking performance to achieve optimal results
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- English to native standard level
- Previous work experience within the UK and EMEA markets.
